Humus Veg Dip
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Boiled Chikpeas
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Mustard sauce
- 1 tsp Cumin/jeera powder
- 2 tbsp chopped cucumber
- 2 tbsp Halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate
- 1 tsp Chopped mint
Instructions
- Grind Boiled Chickpeas, Garlic Cloves, Lemmon Juice, Sea Salt, Sesame seeds, Olive Oil, Mustard Sauce & Cumin Powder in Blender.
- Blend until Smooth.
- Remove in Bowl and Gently mix olive oil, Mustard sauce, Cumin/jeera powder, Halved cherry tomatoes, Pomegranate, Chopped mint.
